The manuals and tests/certifications below were created for Advanced Editing. I wrote the original manuals several years ago with information taken from examples of other restaurant manuals and from notes supplied by CRG’s Director of Operations. These updated manuals are written for employees of Colton’s Steak House & Grill® franchisees. Black-and-white versions are made available on the CRG website for restaurant managers to download and print for new employees. The color versions are printed and used for training employees when new Colton’s locations are opened.

I edited these manuals with input from the Director of Operations. I also updated their design and took fresh photos at one of the nearby Colton’s to be used in the manuals.
