This writing portfolio demonstrates a diverse set of skills attained in the Professional and Technical Writing graduate program at UALR. I’ve written instructional documents and online help that assist users in accomplishing their goals, created indexes to lead readers to the information they seek, learned HTML and CSS to hand-code a website, and developed other skills that make me a strong technical writer.
